The Bill Nye of UWS

High-spirited, enthusiastic, involved, and encouraging are all words used to describe University of Wisconsin-Superior’s professor, Rachel Portinga.

Tammy Fanning came to UWS in 1994. She worked as Hall Director, now titled Hall Manager, in Crownhart and Ross-Hawkes for two years, respectfully.

The woman behind the camera responsible for capturing authentic moments on the University of Wisconsin-Superior’s campus is Elsa Robins.

When winter comes, I like to walk down the road from my duplex and meditate on an empty beach looking out onto Lake Michigan.

In the midst of classes, exams, and studying, there is one individual that never fails to brighten up a student’s day—Kathy Cristensen.
