The University of Wisconsin-Superior held a celebration for Indigenous Peoples Day on Monday, October 11 at the Maawanji’idiwin – “The Place Where We Come Together” Medicine Wheel and Community Gathering Area. Two UWS students, Dillion Krisik (left) and Sami Keller (right), performed with the Chi Waagimin Bay drum group.

Jean Germano is the resident photographer and geopolitical observer at the Promethean. He can also orchestrate a reasonably chaotic game of X-Wing minatures. Now in his fourth year on staff, Jean can often be found in YU 159 working on archives or managing the newspaper office.
